THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION
IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK
ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE
PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the
copyright holder be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential
damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of
business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any
other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

If the copy of the Software you received was accompanied by a printed or other
form of "hard-copy" End User License Agreement whose terms vary from this
Agreement, then the hard-copy End User License Agreement governs your use
of the Software. This software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed,
manufactured, not intended for use in a system requiring failsafe performance.
